General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
Based on the history given you seem to be suffering a condition called
Polycystic kidney disease (PKD).

It is an inherited disorder in which clusters of cysts develop primarily within the kidneys.

Its most common complications include high blood pressure, which if untreated can cause further damage to your kidneys and increase your risk of heart disease and stroke. Progressive loss of kidney function is another complication of polycystic kidney disease.

In view of the above I advise you to consult a nephrologist for further evaluation which may include certain tests such urine analysis, ultrasound scan, CT or MRI scan.

Hope this will help.
