What Does Accentuated Bronchovascular Markings In Lungs Mean?

My chest xray showed Bilateral lung feild show Accentuated broncho vascular markings. H/O dry cough since 2 month. No/H/O fever,sputum,haemetemesis,breathlessness,chestpain. No Past h/o TB,cough. Cect chest showed normal study. Kindly give me advised that what should I do nd take medicine. Thankyou.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

Broncho pulmonary markings are impressions on X-ray chest seen in normal person due to blood vessels in the lungs .
Accentuated markings may indicate increased blood flow to lungs which can occur in illnesses like pneumonia , viral respiratory infections, allergic pneumonitis, chronic pulmonary disease such as asthma or COPD & even in heart diseases.
According to your symptoms you must have Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease such as chronic bronchitis. Tuberculosis would have some patchy areas on xray as well.
