The interpretation of fetal investigation is as follows:
Tricuspid regurgitation refers to back flow of blood from right ventricle to right atrium.
Regurgitation occurs due to defect in the tricuspid valve.
Thus, there is some cardiac anomaly in the fetus.
Cardiac anomalies are commonly associated with other anomalies of other systems and chromosomal anomalies.
Thus, chromosomal study is also required by chrionic villuis sampling and amniocentensis to look for chromosomal anomalies.

Thanks and take care
