General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Constant pain and bleeding per vagina without starting menstrual period are not normal.

It needs to be evaluated by per speculum examination, CBC, pelvic USG examination, etc. In USG if changes in fibroid occurred that will be detected. Until your consult doctor tranexamic acid tablet can be prescribed.

Take care. Consult a nearby gynecologist for above work-up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
