What Does Abdominal Pain And Blood In Urine Indicate?

Four year old presents with abdominal pain, blood in urine. 36 hrs. ago. Images of tests follow uploaded to next screen. Urinalysis results outstanding, overdue. Hospitalized in Philippines with I.v. antibiotics (unspecified) last 24 hrs. No further tests. Dr. says gallstone or dengue.

Abdominal pain with blood in urine usually indicated either urinary tract infection of stones of the kidney, ureter or bladder. It may not be due to gall stones. Dengu presents in a very different way. Please get an abdominal USG of the kidneys and urinary tract, send urine for routine and culture testes. This will help diagnosis and management.
