What Does A White Spot On The Clitoris Indicate?

I had a small white tip on the top of my clitoris and I got my partner to squeeze it like a clogged pore and a lot of white paste looking liquid came out in small lumps, there s now a large hole at the top of my clitoris and it feels like it s flat (I know that sounds crazy) should I be concerned

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

The small white tip on the top of you clitoris is an infected hair root (folliculitis) or sebaceous cyst infection as you report as a single appearance.

Your partner squeezed and remained a large hole at the top of your clitoris. Now, my concern is HSV or other sexually transmitted disease.
If I was your caring doctor would advise to run STDs testing and to start prescription antibiotics.

Better consult with a gynecologist to get assured.

All the best.
