What Does A Small Red Pimple On The Nipple Of Breast Indicate?

I have a what appears to be a small red pimple on the nipple of my breast. The first day It was red, and it was itchy until I put lotion on it. Today the second day, it s doesn t itch, the redness went down but the bump is still there. Could it just be a pimple?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having friction bumps or some allergy to synthetic bra or tight bra.
Now as redness and itchiness gone nothing to worry.
Gradually it will be absorbed.
Apply ice pack on the part.
Ok and take care.
