What Does A Red Rash On The Glans Penis Indicate?

I have a small, mild, reddish rash on the glans penis that persists. It s not itchy or uncomfortable, but the skin is smoother than the surrounding area. I ve tried keeping it very clean with things like witch hazel. Vitamin E oil seems to help a bit. Should I see a dermatologist or family MD?

You didn't mention about the size , duration , sexual contract , so very difficult to diagnose .
So this is the best way to consult a DERMATOLOGIST and get his opinion as physical examination and complete history ( of illness ) is important in such cases .
