What Does A Red Bump On The Foreskin Indicate?

I have a red bump with a sunken white centre bout the size of half a pencil eraser on my foreskin. There is only one and it does not look like a herpes blister... I been with the same girl for 2 years? Looks more like a spider bite then anything... just looking for what it might be and some possible treatments
