What Does A Recurrent Rash On The Bridge Of The Nose Indicate?

Hello Dr s, I am 49 Yo Male, last year I went to Urgent Care for a rash that kept getting bigger and annoying on the bridge of my nose, the Dr. told me it was impetigo, explained what it is, given a oral antibiotic cream (Musoprin) as well as an oral one to take for 7 days, it took awhile to clear despite what the Dr. had said it would clear within 2 wks BS. That same rash has appeared again and have been using the same medicated cream from last year it appears to not working effectively, can I or someone get Impetigo again once they had it? Thank you
