What Does A Popping Sensation On Lower Side Of Pelvic Area Indicate?
Well, last Saturday I was getting out of the car and I felt a slight pop in the lower front left side above my pelvis/hip area. A retired RN said it sounds like a muscle sprain. I have taken Alleve and my pain was never unbearable I had to cease doing any activities and I ran no fever, thank God. However, a week later I have, on a scale of 1 - 10, #2 deep soreness. Is there anything I need to do, besides what I have done? Will it heal and am I ok doing what I am doing. The pain was about a 6 when it occurred last Saturday.

You can take rest, hot fomentation and pain killer for couple of days. The pain should disappear after few days.
