What does a pimple in the vagina indicate?

Hi at first it was just a pimple at the right outer side wall of vagina but as I noticed it later as I wash after pee, I feel a 3/4 size of my small finger lumps just where the pimple was before. The lumps is not movable and not painful. Pls help me know what it is? Thank you

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is probably a vaginal cyst.
You should do a gynecological examination or a colposcopy to confirm the diagnosis and treat properly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
