What Does A Pelvic Ultrasound Showing Reduced Blood Flow To The Ovary Indicate?

Recent pelvic ultrasound shows reduced blood flow to ovary. I had it done due to pelvic pain/ hx of diverticulitis. At the time my CT with,/without contrast was negative. Pain is still there intermittent. What could cause the reduced flow? I m mostly worried about partial torsion. If so, what would be my best course of action a this point? 42 female gravida 3, 3 normal deliveries. Appendectomy and diverticulitis
