Hello,

Painful pimples can be there due to a vaginal infection, and clitoris, it will be usual painful to touch or filled with a blister. For this you need to take care of the vaginal hygiene, put any antibiotic cream to treat the infection locally, use V wash thrice daily whenever you urinate and maintain the acidic environment in the vagina, drink a lot of citric juices or Citralka syrup can be taken thrice daily with water. If you care like above, then it will gradually subside.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
