What Does A Painful Lump On Testicles Indicate?
I have a lump attatched to a cord which is then attached to my right testicle it can cause some pain and i can move it around. I have had it for a while and somedays it feels larger other days it feels smaller. Im not to worried cause im a champion haha. But just looking for a answers and yes im going to see a urologist soon

This is either a cyst of the spermatic cord or a hernia.
Good that you are visiting the Urologist.
Get an ultrasonography done to get a confirmed diagnosis and get this operated. It is not worth waiting for the complication to occur and then get operated as an emergency case.
