From your explanation it looks like a bump on the gum with black spot on tooth is due to deep decay in tooth leading to tooth abscess formation. So my suggestion is to consult an oral physician and get evaluated. If the tooth is decayed then an x ray can be done for confirmation. If there is tooth abscess formation then Root canal treatment can be done followed by a course of antibiotics like Amoxicillin and anti inflammatory painkillers like Advil. If it is a gum boil then localized cleaning and gum paint massage can help in improvement.
