What Does A Painful Bump In The Vagina Indicate?

I had a small, painful bump on the outter of my vagina (where my lips meet). It doesnt look like the pictures of herpes that I have seen, but now I have 4. All of which are painful, but they are raised bumps. One looks like it make have a black dot in the middle. I poked it with a needle and clear fluid came out? Could someone possibly know the reason?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
With the history of painfull swellings with clear fluid in it suggests more or less like a herpes infection, I would suggest you to visit your gyenecologist for evaluation and appropriate treatment.
