What Does A Lump Under The Breast Indicate?

hello im just wondering i av a lump on my right side just under my breast near the rib cage on my right side it hasn t got bigger nor is it painful wen i press it i get a feeling like a massive cramp and it does hurt but not for long could u tell me wat it is plzzz
