I am a 20 year old American man, Im starting to feel like one of my testicles has a divid in it or there is a lump around the side, it started with tightness of the scrotum and penis and my penis is sort of tender as well. I have been to the ER once recently where I got such terrible pain in my left testicle I could not even stand up straight or walk. I thought it was a testicle contorsion but I got morphine, an ultrasound, STI test and some anti biotics and the doctors assured me It was not a testicle contorsion, that I had normal blood flow, and I was clean for STI s and They suggested I had an infection or Epiditimis ( I did not have the lump or divid at this time though). This was not the first time I experienced this pain I have had probably 6-7 times since I was 12 but was always too embarrassed to speak up and it was never as painful as of recently so I kind of just laid down and waited a couple hours for it to pass by when I was younger. My penis is curved as well has been for as long as I can remember and I have at times peed in two steams, and in the past my scrotum has gotten so tight that the testicles have even gone up inside of me. I am worried and going to see a Urologist soon but wanted suggestions first on why or what this could possibly be?
