Hello,

From which plane is the lump originating? From color bone or skin on collar bone? Is it hard or soft? Movable or not? If it is bone may be a simple bone cyst or osteitis fibrosarcoma cystic or fractured clavicle with malunion etcetera. If skin may be a lymph node or lipoma or dermoid cyst etcetera. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
