Based on your description, the lump what you are stating to have noticed in the scrotum appears to be epididymal cyst (spermatocele). It is a painless, fluid-filled cyst in the long, tightly coiled tube that lies above and behind each testicle called epididymis. However, you need to undergo scrotal examination by consulting Surgeon and ultrasound scan of scrotum to confirm the diagnosis. Spermatoceles are not usually dangerous and are treated only when they cause pain or embarrassment. Treatment is not usually needed if a spermatocele does not change in size or gets smaller as the body reabsorbs the fluid.
