General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Little lump at the anus without much symptoms is suggestive of a small cyst or so.
This can be confirmed by the following:
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, actual examination, per-rectal digital examination to see if this lump is related internally.
If there is any evidence of infection your Doctor will give an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medications.
Do Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Take laxative to keep the stools soft.
Do not pop or so as this may spread the inflammation.
If this is a cyst then you may need a small surgery to get this removed.
