What Does A Lump Inside The Anus Indicate?

I am a gwm 51 year old diagnosed HIV positive 1995. Recently had a few days of constipation in which I started taking Miralax for several days to aid digestion. This week I had better results less constipation. I felt a sore spot just insid the anus on the anal wall. Upon palpitation the area was a very hard knot or raised area. I’ve had a few issue with hemmeroids but this is different. This not is not changing . It remain a very dense hard lump not changed over a week in time .

Lump inside anus is mostly the indication of piles, thore are basically 2 types. One is bleeding piles which produce bleed during defecation, the another one is dry piles which. Is not producing bleeding but produce painfully defecation.
