I have a lump in between my leg and scrotum near testicle area. It does not leak and is not red. It is slightly swollen and gets more swollen if I touch it. It doesn t hurt unless I do groin stretch or do turn s too hard while surfing. I noticed it about 20 days ago and it hasnt gotten better or worse, although I believe I may have aggravated the lump by squeezing it. At first I thought it might be a hernia but now I am leaning more towards a cyst or tumor. I found the the lump right around the time I was doing 17 mile bike rides which I hadn t done in a few months. Although I have been cycling my entire life and have never had a lump like this other than an in grown hair...but I am pretty sure it isn t an ingrown hair as I don t shave. I am 30 year s old and otherwise in good health.
