What Does A High ESR Level Indicate?
High doctor! I am very glad to see u.I am 33yrs ol female .married for 10yrs and have two kids.recently i felt bad sometimes respiratory problem.dr. diagnosed blood pressure 130/95 and taking medicine.he suggest me to perform some test.all r normal except blood ESR level.that is 69.would u plz help me or suggest me .

Raised ESR is not a disease but an indication that underlying disease is present.
ESR is elevated in case of chronic inflammation like tuberculosis, bronchectasis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis etc.
Since, you have a history of respiratory problem in the past, there is possibility of respiratory problem which is causing raised ESR.
Consult your treating doctor to look for cause of raised ESR.
