What Does A Hard Lump Behind Earlobe Indicate?

I was wondering I have a hard lump behind my earlobe crease on the top of jaw it s tender when pressed, I ve been suffering with a lot of headaches and general unwell feeling in myself also I have a very small hole on the skin just above my left ear also when I was born and doctors thought it could be a sign of deafness but I can hear I wanted to know if you could help me and if it is linked thanks Paige

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have small lump behind ear. It can be some lymphnode enlargement or some cysts like sebaceous cyst or dermoid cyst. You should go for excision biopsy and histopathological examination.
