What Does A Feeling Of A Big Bubble In My Chest Indicate?

I was driving and felt a big bubble in my chest, I burped but then I could not see anything but somehow pulled off the road. I felt like my life left me for 2 to 3 minutes. When I awoke I was very scared by what happened. I felt no numbness or pain. Did I have a mini stroke......?

Hello
Thanks for your query.
You may have transient ischemic attack (commonly known as mini stroke as you have told), sick sinus syndrome, hypoglycemia especially if you are diabetic. You need to undergo a thorough check up with investigations like ECG in all leads, serum sodium, potassium, plain computed tomography scan of brain, fasting and postprandial blood sugar. Consult a doctor and get yourself thoroughly examined.
Thank you.
Regards,
Dr Arnab Maji
