What Does A Cloudy Spot On Gas Permeable Lenses Indicate?

I wear Gas permeable lenses and i have wore them for 26 years. My problem is I put my contact on today and its feeling really weird, like its on the wrong eye but I know it isnt. I did the switch myself and it's on the right eye. What could it be? I took it out and raised it to the light and I can see a cloudy spot.
