hi i have a bump on my vagina skin area on the sides and i was just a small bump one day and i had it for a while and today i woke up and i it grew and just a few minutes ago pus and some bloody white liquid was coming out. i wanted to ask what it might be and how do i treat it

Chances of infective boils is likely and in my opinion this need to be treated with local antibiotic and the best option would be Povidone ointment and anti-inflammatory drug Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, keep the area clean, hope this helps.
