What Does A Bruise On The Penis Shaft Indicate?

Hello, so I have a bruise on my penis shaft which has formed almost round with a black colored healing sign and something like a black growth which keeps re opening anytime I make love to my wife. Is this a cause for alarm? How do I treat it? What could be the possible cause? Thank you

It is a very difficult job to treat someone without a physical examination, your description is a little vague for a expert to understand but i would like to suggest you to kindly book an appointment with a dermatologist. Its for your wife and your safety to not to indulge in sexual activity till the lesion is healed. There are various possibilities for your concern and it may be possible you transmit infection to your wife as well. I suggest you keep the area clean, and make sure you visit an doctor. As far as the questions you asked yes, this due to some infection or trauma. Treatment is based on the type of lesion and the cause which is not possible here.
