Hello there, This random checking of blood sugars does not give us any information. Although on the large, these look like within range readings but cannot comment on your diabetes status with these random values. If you want to really know about your diabetic status then get an OGTT (oral glucose tolerance test) and an HbA1c which will give us more information. Also I would like to know your age and whether you are already a diabetic. If you are a diabetic on medicines then you are doing well with these blood sugar values but again tracking two hours after food and before food would have been more informative. Also keep track of your cholesterol levels as your diet seems to be a little concerning. Try to include more fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet. Include exercise as part of your daily routine. This will help you to keep sugars and cholesterol under control. Hope this helps. Take care.
