What Does A Blister On The Bottom Of The Penis Indicate?
Hello I was just wondering if you could help me out .. Well Moral of the story is I ve gotten a blister like thing on the bottom of my head on my penis to me it kinda seems like irration I know it s not herpes or anything because I haven t engaged in awhile and I ve been tested at school already. I would like to know what causes this? And how can I get rid of it ?
