What Does X Ray Findings Indicate?

hi pls explain me my daughter xrays findings pls thanks as Im worried bcoz my daughters cough is getting worse since the last 2 days I took her to the Med Centre the Dr. told me she will be better. So I'm confuse thanks alot.
There is duffuse bronchovascular markings seen bilaterally. The cardiothymic contours are with normal limits.

Bilateral diffuse bronchovascular markings may be due to infection.It is non specific finding and it becomes prominent in many types of infection or inflammation.
She need proper antibiotics for infection.It will be normal with control of infection.
Cardiac and thymus shadows in X-rays are normal.
