Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Increased SGOT and SGPT are usually due to any liver pathology, like hepatitis, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, liver abscess or cancer.
I would suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
You should plan pregnancy only when the liver enzymes are within normal range.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
