According to reports,main findings are you have polycystic ovarian disease(PCOD) associated with adenomyosis of uterus. PCOD should be confirmed by clinical correlation and biochemical markers like hormonal assay for PCOD. PCOD is a curable disease and mostly it is treated by medicines.Surgical intervention is required in very few cases. Adenomyosis is also a medical condition characterized by the presence of ectopic glandular tissue found in muscle.It is also mainly treated conservatively and surgical intervention is required in few cases.
