What Does Mild Ethmoid Sinus Mucosal Thickening From MRI Suggest?

please tell me what this means on a mri of the brain. the impression reads: 1.partial bilateral mastoid are cell opacification, greater on the right. 2. mild ethmoid sinus mucosal thickening. 3. bilateral white matter and corona radiat mult focal T2 hyperintensity. these are most likely chronic small vessel ischemic changes.

Ethmoid mucosal thickening is most likely caused by sinusitis. White matter changes are caused most likely by unstable blood pressure.
