What Does EPITH-UA From Lab Test Indicate?

I was going through my lab results and I came across EPITH-UA can you please tell me what that means? I m assuming the EPITH means epithelial and UA means urine analysis...but I don t understand the correlation. Also, am I speaking with an actual MD or a computer portraying an MD? :-)
