What Does ECG Report Suggest?

Age 24, height 5feet 6 inches, weight 69 kg,My ECG report says ABNORMAL ECG,ABNORMAL QRS-T angle, Primary T wave abnormality, Normal Sinus rhythm Chest Impression states NAD Liver ultrasound shows evidence of fatty infiltration Please let me know for any complications

Here to know the clinical condition is must, because QRS T time is important, and not the angle (There is no angle like term used, but this could be axis) T wave abnormality, but in what sense that is not mentioned here, I could guess that this could be normal tracing because such nonrelated and insignificant changes are very likely that manifest in single lead of ECG in young age, hope this information helps, take care.
