What Does ECG As Sinus Rhythm 87 Suggest?

i HAD ECG 11th apr and it read.
normal sinus rhythm rate 87...................................normal P axis, PR. rate & rhythm.
borderline left atrial abnormality.............................P>30ms , c-. 10m VI
left bundle branch block.........................................ORS>120, broard/notched R. I V5 V6

This ECG shows increased QRS DURATION which implies impulse conduction disturbances in the heart mostly on the left chambers.

Left bundle branch supplies predominantly left ventricle.

A notched R wave suggests this block in left bundle. the causes most commonly include high blood pressure-hypertension and coronary heart disease.

I strongly recommend you to get your blood pressure checked plus screening 2-DIMENSIONAL ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY.
