welcome to Health care magic.
1.The report states that - there is disc bulge posteriorly and causing mass effect on the theca sac ( effect on the spinal chord).
2.Similar bulge at the level of L5-S1 causing mass effect on the theca sac.
3.Yes, you have to worry - but its not life threatening.
4.Initially simple back exercise to physiotherapy is tried initially.
5.Lastly the treatment of choice is operative / interventional procedure to treat.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
