Am suffering from Goitor. Reports Summary as below : Real Time Thyroid Ultrasonography Well Defined heterogenous nodule in left hemithyroid with well-maintained fat planes around the nodule - suggestive of benign lesion FNAC - Aspirate smears are suggestive of Adenomatous nodule - Left lobe of Thyroid

Dear Ma'm, adenomatous nodule means a benign condition, non malignant. it develops during the physiological thyroid follicle formation and is not something worth breaking heads. Regards!
