What Does 7.6 Of Alpha Fetoprotein And Coarse Hepatic Echotexture Indicate?
Hi, I am 33 years old. I have hepatitis B almost 20 years ago. I had recently a blood test and a liver ultrasound.
The blood test revealed 7.6 of alpha fetoprotein (which is beyond the limit of 7.5). The ultrasound reveals a coarse hepatic echotexture. I want to understand what does this mean? and is it dangerous? what is the treatement? can it lead to liver failure?
