Went to my doctor today for my yearly physical. He said I was fine and just ordered a routine blood test when I don t eat for 12 hours......when I got the after visit summary I got the below as the visit results. I suffer from anxiety and am freaking out, His office is closed now. I have seen all doctors for heart, stomach, prostrate, and lungs and just have to see them once a year. Why did he say I m ok but put this as the diagnoses for the visit?
