What Do You Suggest For Rashes In My Arm, Knee Pits, Neck And Chest?

Hi Doctor I have a rash that I developed in my arm and knee pits and also on my neck and chest and sides of my torso. It flares up and turns red when I scratch it and keeps me out of sleep every night. Nothing seems to work. Can you please assist?

Hello,
Welcome to health care magic.
The possibilities of the rash include flexural eczema and contact allergy to deosprays/ perfumes.
You could use a mild topical steroid like fluticasone or mometasone twice a day for about 10-15 days till the itching stops followed by regular use of moisturizer. If you have started using a new deodorant/ perfume, please discontinue it.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
