What Do You Suggest For Echo Indicating Mod Tricuspid Reg Along With The Mod Mitral Reg?

I recently went in for a standard echo, I ve had MVP since childhood, Dr sent me in for PH since my echo showed the calculated pressure as 39 mHg, needs to be 27 I think. Well after Heart cath no PH found but the second echo down just before the cath indicated mod Tricuspid reg. along with the mod Mitral reg. I typically exercise a lot and I have done so for years its just now my HR gets over 190 BPM it s ridiculous, what s up?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
It all depends upon the clinical complain and the underlying causes of regurgitation of the valves, if this are the valvular hear disease then this has to be manage accordingly, hope this information helps you have nice day.
