What Do You Suggest For Chest Pain And Vomitting Sensation When On Aspirin?
I woke with chest pains this morning, they have continued all day. I took an asprin hoping that would ease it. I feel like I might throw up and feel light headed when I am up and walking. Should I go to urgent care? I do not have a history of heart problems.

Thanks for your query.
Don't take frequent aspirin for pain relief. I think you have GERD or gastric erosion which is causing pain to you for which you need to take pantoprazole tablet twice daily before food for 3 months and look for the improvement.
