What Do You Mean By Fluid In Cul De Sac?
Hello, I would like to know what fluid in the cul de sac means. I m barely pregnant (my HCG levels are 200) and they can t spot anything yet on the ultrasound. I m having slight bleeding and pain on the lower left side that goes down my leg. Can you please let me know your opinion?

You have not mentioned your periods are delayed by how many days. Your hcg levels are quite low. It would have been too early to visualise in ultrasound.
Repeating hcg levels after 48 hours will show doubling in a normal pregnancy. If not an ectopic pregnancy in the tubes have to be ruled out.
