Hello,
You may possibly be talking about polycystic ovaries which is a common condition where there a multiple cysts on the ovaries. This may cause infertility problems in the future.Whenever you plan conception, you might require treatment for the same.Your right ovary may be adherant to the uterus which can occur due to infection/previous sugeries etc. but it wont cause that much of a problems. Its unrelated to the PCOS.
