What Do White Spots On The Skin Indicate?

Hi, I had acne on my face throughout my teenage life and got rid of it after 2 courses of Roaccutane with a 2 years gap. However, my skin was very bad with many acne scars, marks and redness. I got 2 CO2 fractional lasers done ad my face skin is better but I have many white spots on my skin now and a lot of redness. Could you please help?
