Hi well about almost a month ago I gave a oral ...I suddenly saw white dots on my tounge and then they all cleared up, a week after then I started to get actual bumps and there towards the back of my tounge only and one seems to look on my left gland ..my throat is sore sometimes not always though .....what is this?
The bumps over the back of the tongue seems like swollen Circumvallate papillae and white dot over the tonsil seems to be a pus pocket..
It can be secondary to bacterial throat infection and inflammation in throat can be a cause for swollen circumvallate papillae as it is located in close proximity to throat..
You should consult an Otolaryngologist and he can advise you to take antibiotics like Augmentin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen and do warm saline gargles.. Avoid spicy and hard foods and sip on plenty of warm water.. Maintain a good oral hygiene..
Hope this helps..
